Pondless Waterfall Maintenance
Werbrich’s charges a $50 trip charge to visit your pond and assess minor pond issues such as light bulbs, filters clogged, pump issues, power supply issues etc. In the past we have often waved this fee. Due to rising fuel costs we will no longer be able to wave this fee. If you are signed up for a full years pond maintenance plan you will not be charged this service charge between maintenance visits.
Monthly Pond-less Maintenance
- Inspect waterfall for debris
- Maintain water level
Spring (March)
- Install and test pump
- Clean Biofalls and replace filters (if required)
- Add Pondless Waterfall Chemicals
Early Fall (September)
- Place net over pondless area and stream
Fall: November
- Remove Pump
