Step 1: On Site Consultation

  • Review design goals and customer expectations
  • Review pictures of similar projects
  • Establish a budget
Step 2: Design Process
  • On site visit with Architect or Landscape Designer
  • Quoted a fee if applicable
  • Take site measurements/elevations (as needed)
  • Set appointment with customer for final presentation
Step 3: Design Presentation:
  • Present design to customer
  • Review line item detailed pricing
  • Discuss similar Werbrich’s Projects
  • Set additional meeting for material selections
Step 4: Installation
  • Establish a project schedule with the customer
  • Initiate frequent communication with customer from project start to finish
  • Final walkthrough with customer
